Our body has a biological clock that lives its own life, regardless of our business and intellectual activity. Each of us adapts to the conditions we live in — sometimes at the cost of fatigue, irritation, stress and declining health. The rhythm of your personal biological clock shows when, throughout the day and night, it is better to work, rest, exert or spare yourself; when you can concentrate and when you are inattentive; when to eat without gaining excess weight; and the right times to take medication, undergo medical tests, or have cosmetic and relaxing procedures.

The Souls manifested in our world are particles of matter from different dimensions, united to learn the lessons of Life. We often ask about the meaning and purpose of existence: the meaning is in the experience we live, the purpose is our evolution. On Earth this unfolds through our repeated incarnations within a unique, autonomous program — the Matrix — which defines the tasks of evolution, the lessons and the goals of dwelling in a physical body. It is now possible to determine the age of your soul, how many times it has incarnated, its exact coordinates within the program, and the interpretation of its code.

People turn to the perspectives of their personal life when something in it is not working. The real question is always the same — the readiness to invest effort and attention in this sphere, and its true importance. Life has different stages: some are cyclical, others are not. Personal life is not cyclical. It is distributed across intervals of varying length that reveal the periods of our infatuations, our willingness to show emotion and feeling, to build partnerships, to make compromises or extend advances — to the person beside us, to parents, children, even grandchildren.

Our attitude to work and the choice of profession are set at birth. Upbringing can unfold this potential in full, or partly or wholly destroy it. The perspectives in this sphere reveal: the age, choice and type of the first profession; the need for help or its rejection; attitudes toward the professions and social standing of parents, partners and children; an affinity for leadership positions; the favorable and unfavorable career periods across life; the number of failures and fresh starts; and, where indicated, ancestral blocks in this sphere.

Self-realization is a person's desire to express themselves in society through their talents and abilities. The analysis covers 7 stages of forming and accumulating experience, knowledge and practice across childhood, adolescence and maturity. It examines the possibilities of radical change in fields of professional interest; the periods of ascent, open opportunity and success; the periods of limitation and stagnation and their causes. It reveals the most favorable, the simply favorable, and the least favorable spheres for professional and creative realization.

Life is like a chessboard of white and black squares — some bring us joy, others sometimes sorrow. The art of success lies not only in constant effort but in the skill of using the cycles that govern the plane of our events. We are part of our Kin. We have inherited its talents and achievements — and also its errors and unfulfilled bonds. One of our tasks here is to correct some of them, to ease and aid the evolution of our ancestors in return for the powerful energy of incarnation they gave us. A Kin is strong when its roots are strong and healthy — and now it is our turn to see that our family tree endures.

A person becomes a parent, welcoming a newly incarnated Soul. It does not arrive bare — it comes with baggage and bears countless gifts: an archive of coded information from all its journeys so far — talents, aptitudes, desires, dreams, vocation. There lies what it wishes to learn, what it will strive for, how and when it will attain it; and what it will accept or reject in the world around it — nobility, magnanimity, courage, curiosity… fears, grievances and regrets. There is information meant for the child and for others. Such are the gifts of the Soul — and the most important thing is that they be accepted.
